GLADEHOLM APPLE ORCHARD – BOTANIC GARDEN – ECOLOGIC PRESERVATION
We have about 2800 trees in the orchard, and a variety of rare flowers, fruits and herbs for producing organic drinks and special foods. The majority of apples are Ciderapples of english varieties more sharp and bitter than normally produced in the region. With these we produce high quality cider and wine, with a less sweet style than common from Österlen area. We also sell organic products to restaurants and specialist foodproducers seeking high quality organic ingredients.
The botanic garden and arboretum holds a great variation of plants from various parts of the world. Gladeholm wildlife is a sanctuary for many rare animals. Calm evenings the sound of the Tawny Owl ( Strix Aluco ) and the rare singing tree frog (Hyla arborea ) can be heard from the farm houses The Botanic garden also helps the wildlife in the orchard which enables us to keep organic in the appleproduction
DANCE STUDIO
GLADEHOLM STUDIO (MILVUS ARTISTIC RESEARCH CENTER)
The studio located in the center of the botanic garden with a view over the Österlen landscape
We hold a full equiped studiospace with industry standard balanced sprung balletfloor, integrated sound, and light sets, at a space of 70sqm. Workspace / receptionroom accompanies the studio making it total 110 sqms.
Space can be rented or used upon request for projects suitable for this type of settings and surroundings. We also offer temporary space for creative working and collaboration

our small guesthouse can house two persons is located on the east end of the center of the property. Its a miniature classic Skåne Farmhouse attached to a greenhouse with winegrapes and other seasonal herbs. Warm and comfortable in the winter with subheated floors.

The artist studio is spacious open studiospace connected directly to the dance studio in the largest building on the property. Its modern studio space inside the old farm building carefully restored

Our studio can be used for modern dance residencies, film/TV production as well as an open space for training and healthwork
APPLE BEVERAGES
Our production facility is located in one part of the old barn which has been gently renovated. It holds a press for cider and juice production, pasteurisation, storage and cooling facilities for the beverages. Its open for tastings and visits from time to time.
TRAINING / HEALTH / RETREAT
Cycling, strength and health training is continuously available depending on season. The dance studio with American standard sprung floor is built according to international ballet standards but is well suited for yoga or a combinations of training as well. Expertise is available at the farm.
CIDER
APPLE CIDER - APPLE WINE - VERJU S
Most of our production is sold through restaurant distribution, but we hold some non alcohol products available at Gladeholm for visitors to purchase.
During summerseason we occationally keep our Creperie foodtruck open for visitors
